Sedona Experience: Our Signature Treatment begins with a gemstone (chakra) polarity balancing blending into a personalized combination of Trager ®, Swedish, Therapeutic, Connective Tissue (deep), with hot rocks and cool marble stones highlights.

Trager®Balancing: Trager® brings together the practice of natural body balancing and tension release through gentle motion allowing your body’s natural healing to again find its own rhythm.

Sedona Glow: Choosing from a single or combination of Swedish, Therapeutic, Connective Tissue (deep tissue), Reiki, Trager®, Cranial Sacral and Reflexology (foot and hand massage) modalities you can design the hue of your own Glow.

Romancing a Stone: Heated basalt rocks polished smooth by ocean surf and cooled marble stones glistening from mountain streams bring their subtle energies to this deeply relaxing full massage.

Ayurvedic Abhyanga: Ayurveda (I-er-vA-de) is Sanskrit for the “science of- or knowledge of life”. This is an ancient approach to an refreshing and deeply relaxing massage incorporating soothing warm oils that moisturize the skin and bring balance to the body

LaFemation - the Unwinding Wrap: a restful body-wrap, continuing into a lotioning and massage with the choice of adding heated basalt rocks or cool marble stones - you will discover that there is nothing standing between you and complete relaxation.

Peri-Natal Nurturer: The gentle touch of specially certified hands brings you a soothing compliment to this nurturing time of your life.

Sedona Minuet: Double your pleasure with a symphony by two therapists who have trained together to bring you this synchronized massage crescendo. (double associated fees)

Sedona Duet: A perfect sharing of a perfect moment the Duet transports you and your loved one to that caring space you know and cherish with two therapists giving the same or different modalities to each of you together. (double associated fees)

Ayurvedic Duet: A four-handed (two Therapist) Ayurvedic Abhyanga that takes you into a realm of physical sensation and mental relaxation that until you experience it you would not know how to describe. This hour long fit-for-royalty massage will be something that you will speak of for years to come. Driving Directions:

Heading West on Highway 89 (after the Safeway Plaza and before Dry Creek Road) turn right (North) on to Southwest Drive.

At the Fire Station follow right (East) onto Navaho Drive past the Sundowner.

Turn left (West) onto Hopi Drive — looping behind the Fire Station.

Turn right (North) onto Kayenta Court past the first building on your right to the second building and parking lot.

Look for Suite number 2 and the A Spa For You sign at the front door.
